The Command Matrix is similar to the Command Deck introduced in Birth by Sleep. However, slight changes have been made to the system. New this time around, Commands have been given a certain amount of Memory that determines how much space in the Command Matrix it takes up.
In addition to having enough slots in the Matrix, Commands must also stay within the Memory requirements for your current Matrix. Commands can be leveled up and Melded on the spot to instantly create new Commands while they are leveling up.
