Items are used in a variety of ways to aid Sora, Donald, and Goofy during their quest. There are six types of items: Restorative Items, Support Items, Synthesis Items, Summon Items, Maps, and Key Items.
Restorative Items
Restorative Items help Sora, Donald, and Goofy regain HP and MP during battle.
Potion
Restores 40% of one character’s HP. Can be equipped to Party Members.
Hi-Potion
Restores 60% of one character’s HP. Can be equipped to Party Members.
Mega-Potion
Restores 40% of all characters’ HP. Can be equipped to Party Members.
Ether
Fully restores one character’s MP. Can be equipped to Party Members.
Mega-Ether
Fully restores all characters’ MP. Can be equipped to Party Members.
Elixir
Fully restores HP and MP to one character. Can be equipped to Party Members.
Megalixir
Fully restores HP and MP to all characters. Can be equipped to Party Members.
Tent
Fully restores HP to all characters. Must be used from Pause Menu.
Drive Recovery
Restore one Drive Gauge bar. Must be used from Pause Menu.
High Drive Recovery
Restore three Drive Gauge bars. Must be used from Pause Menu.
Support Items
Support Items can only be used from the Pause Menu, and make permanent increases to Sora, Donald, or Goofy’s statistics.
Power Boost
Raises Strength by 1. Must be used from Pause Menu.
Defense Boost
Raises Defense by 1. Must be used from Pause Menu.
Magic Boost
Raises Magic by 1. Must be used from Pause Menu.
AP Boost
Raise Max AP by 1. Must be used from Pause Menu.
Synthesis Items
Synthesis Items are dropped by enemies, and can be combined to synthesize useful Items and Accessories.

Baseball Charm
Releases Chicken Little. Obtained from Merlin during the first visit to 100 Acre Wood.
Lamp Charm
Releases Genie. Obtained after completing the first visit to Agrabah.
Ukulele Charm
Releases Stitch. Obtained from a Treasure Chest in Ansem’s Study in Hollow Bastion.
Feather Charm
Releases Peter Pan. Obtained from a Treasure Chest in the Ship Graveyard: Interceptor’s Hold in Port Royal.
