Birth by Sleep > Battle Commands
Battle Commands are a new addition to the Kingdom Hearts franchise, though their function is somewhat familiar. Essentially, they work in a similar to decks in Chain of Memories where players can collect different Commands and assemble them into a Command Deck. Each character can have three separate Command Decks equipped at the same time: the Battle Deck, the Action Deck, and the Shotlock Deck. Battle Commands are Commands that can be placed into the Battle Deck, and are broken down into four main categories: Attack Commands, Magic Commands, Item Commands, and Friendships.
